Return Process

Once you receive your item, inspect it immediately and try it on as soon as possible without removing the tags, making alterations, or washing it. Our 3 - day requirement gives you ample time to ensure the item is well - made and fits you perfectly.
  2. Provide Necessary Information: When requesting a return, include your order number and clearly explain the reason for your return. It's also helpful to attach photos or a video to support your claim.
  3. Shipping the Return: After our customer service team approves your return request, send the item back to us as quickly as possible. Additionally, email us the following shipping information:
